Our room was cozy and well-equipped, with a private balcony offering stunning mountain vistas that truly took our breath away. the free manager's reception and the welcoming drink added a special touch to our arrival, making us feel instantly at home. the friendly staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, providing excellent room service and offering assistance with tours and tickets for exploring the beautiful city of Luzern. the on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and our waiter personally ensured that our dining experience was exceptional. the children's playground and free WiFi kept everyone in our group entertained and connected throughout our stay. the convenience of free private parking and the 24-hour front desk added to the overall ease and comfort of our visit.
